1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Logomotion Studio ("Logomotion", "we", "us", or "our"), including visiting our website at logomotion.studio, creating an account, or purchasing render credits/subscriptions, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to all of these Terms, you may not access or use our services.

2. Description of Service

Logomotion Studio provides an online automated platform allowing users to upload graphics, apply animation templates, and render high-definition video animations of their logos ("Services"). Features, rendering limits, and exports are subject to account plan level and available credit balances.

3. Accounts & Security

• Registration: You must provide accurate, complete information when creating an account. You must be at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in your jurisdiction to use our Services.
• Security: You are responsible for safeguarding your credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You must notify us immediately at hello@logomotion.studio of any unauthorized account access.

4. Subscriptions, Credits & Payments

• Pricing & Subscriptions: Subscriptions (e.g., Starter, Pro) and render credit packages are billed in advance through our third-party payment processor (Stripe). All prices are subject to change upon notice.
• Credits Usage: Render credits allow you to generate video exports. Credits are consumed upon initiating a render job.
• Refund Policy: Due to the digital nature of automated cloud rendering, payments for credits and subscriptions are non-refundable once rendering services have been consumed, except as required by applicable law or at our sole discretion.
• Cancellations: You may cancel your subscription at any time via your Account Settings. Upon cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing cycle.

5. Intellectual Property & Content Ownership

• Your Content: You retain full ownership and copyright of all logos, assets, images, and text uploaded to Logomotion. By uploading content, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to store, process, and render your content solely for providing the Services to you.
• Exported Animations: Upon successful render and full payment, you receive commercial rights to use the final exported video assets created via Logomotion Studio for personal or commercial projects.
• Logomotion Property: Logomotion Studio retains all rights, title, and interest in and to the platform, source code, design templates, animation presets, software, and trademarks.

6. Acceptable Use Policy

You agree not to use Logomotion Studio to:

• Upload material that infringes on third-party trademarks, copyrights, or privacy rights.
• Upload illegal, violent, defamatory, harassing, or obscene content.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, scrape, or exploit any portion of the platform code or rendering infrastructure.
• Interfere with or disrupt the performance or integrity of our servers and rendering pipeline.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Logomotion Studio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or loss of profits, data, or goodwill resulting from your access to or inability to use the platform.

8. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account and access to the Services at our sole discretion, without prior notice, if you breach these Terms or engage in conduct detrimental to our platform or users.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of Logomotion Studio following any updates constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
